Every service on this site is the same hourly rate. You will know what a visit costs before I set off, not after I pack up. If I cannot help, you pay nothing.
$125 an hour, whatever the job
Computer help, digital decluttering, lessons, trading lessons, seminars, concierge projects, automation and studio work. Same rate for all of it, so you never have to work out which category your problem falls into.
Some things are genuinely beyond saving, and a few are cheaper to replace than repair. I will tell you that for free rather than bill you to find out.
Buy hours and they cost less
Three ways to pay less than $125 an hour, all of them by buying time up front rather than haggling on the day.
Five hours, $550
Works out at $110 an hour. Use it across as many visits as you like, for anything on this site. It does not expire.
Three lessons, $300
One hundred dollars a session, at your kitchen table. Phones, email, photos, online banking, whatever keeps catching you out.
Staff training, from $750
A session for your team on scams, phishing and the mistakes that cost small businesses money. Up to twenty people.
Two things are not charged by the hour
Scanning is priced the way the whole industry prices it, by the piece, so you can work out the cost of a shoebox before you hand it over.

You do not pay a yearly fee to get a fair price. The rate is the rate whether I see you once or once a month.
No call-out charge
Quotes are free and so is the phone call before them. You pay for time I spend fixing things, not for turning up.

Nothing to cancel. Book me again when something breaks, or do not.
