Everything here is one to one, in person or over a screen share, and all of it is $125 an hour. Pick whichever one sounds like your problem. If none of them quite do, call anyway and I will tell you honestly whether I can help.

Same rate, same person, every time
There is no dispatcher and no rotating technician. You get me, and I remember your setup the next time you call.
$125 an hour
One hour minimum, then 30 minute increments. A $25 trip charge past 15 miles of Plano, and nothing inside it.
No bill if I cannot fix it
I will tell you when something is beyond saving, or cheaper to replace, without charging you to find that out.
No memberships
No yearly fee, no contract, nothing to cancel. Book me again when something breaks, or do not.
