How soon can you come out to Dallas?
Usually within a couple of days, often sooner. Dallas is a straight run down the Tollway, and evenings and weekends cost the same as a weekday morning.
What does a visit to Dallas cost?
$70 an hour for a home and $100 for a business, plus a $45 trip charge. I round to the nearest hour and tell you the likely total before I set off. No memberships and no diagnostic fee.
Do you work on both Macs and Windows?
Yes, along with iPhones, iPads, Android phones, printers, routers, smart TVs and the assorted boxes that arrived with your internet service.
Can you help my parents in Dallas?
Often that is the arrangement. You book it and cover it, I work directly with them at their pace, and you get a short written note after each visit so you know what changed.
Are you actually local?
Yes. I have lived in the Plano area for 33 years and Dallas is part of my regular service area, not somewhere I drive to occasionally.
